We handle product planning, brand positioning, logistics, marketing, network management, sales, and aftersales for 30 OEMs including Toyota, BMW, JLR, and Subaru. As a Parts Field Sales Representative based in Nairobi, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our agricultural machinery parts division through field-based sales activities and exceptional customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Promote and sell agricultural machinery parts to existing and prospective clients in the field.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive business development.
Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring that client needs are met with high service standards.
Manage sales cycles autonomously while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Ensure a high level of accuracy in documentation, sales reporting, and order processing.
Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer requirements and competitor activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
At least 2 years of experience in agricultural machinery parts sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Valid Driving License is mandatory.
Professional training in Customer Service will be considered an added advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in the field and meet strict deadlines.
