In this role, you will lead strategic partnerships and manage donor relationships to drive growth across agriculture, climate finance, and financial inclusion while supporting cross-functional collaboration and regional expansion.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic partnerships and manage donor relationships.
Drive growth across agriculture, climate finance, and financial inclusion sectors.
Support cross-functional collaboration and regional expansion initiatives.
Manage donor-funded projects from inception to completion.
Develop high-quality proposals, project budgets, and comprehensive reports.
Stakeholder management and negotiation with various partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Economics, Finance, International Development, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or donor engagement.
Proven experience managing donor-funded projects.
Strong proposal writing, budgeting, and reporting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
