The Embu County Government is seeking to recruit qualified individuals for the position of Senior Trade Development Officer (2 Posts). This role is dedicated to supporting trade initiatives, business management, and entrepreneurship development within the county. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing trade-related programs and providing advisory services to local businesses.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
Served in a relevant and comparable position for a minimum period of three (3) years.
A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, International Trade/Business/Relations, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
A Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution.
