Job Description
Our client, an on-demand Courier Service that delivers products ordered through their mobile app, is seeking to recruit a Partner Onboarding Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting current and new clients in activations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Support & Onboarding
Checking and calling suitable partners one by one and training them on how to operate their stores.
Providing support to partners with onboarding issues (device not working, webapp questions, credentials not working, etc.) reported on all internal and customer channels.
Checking and managing onboarding priorities (partners already contacted who postponed onboarding for a given time).
Monitoring all self-onboarding and communication channels.
Enabling stores on Salesforce and admin interfaces after training the partners.
Handling menu corrections and additions on the Admin panel.
Delivering bags, stickers, tablets, or any other items required by the partner for new stores when conducting training, along with other content-related tasks.
Store Creation
Checking emails for new activation assignments.
Working on completing content for assigned activations (store + menu creation).
Conducting content improvement checks (verifying menus of already implemented stores to align them with current standards) when there are no new activations.
Executing extra content-related tasks that may arise from Finance, Commercial, and Sales departments for improvements or corrections.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a similar/relevant field.
Experience: At least 1 year of related experience.
Technical Skills: Good MS Excel skills.

Strong listening and communication skills.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
