Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive training sessions in Customer Service and Public Relations.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in the specialization field (Customer Service, Public Relations, or related area).
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of teaching or training experience.
