About the Role

The university is seeking qualified and experienced to deliver virtual learning experiences and support student success remotely.
Part-time Lecturers in Strategic Analysis and Models
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver high-quality instruction and lectures in Strategic Analysis and Models online.
Support and guide students through the university's online learning management system (LMS).
Develop, prepare, and handle digital course content aligned with modern curriculum standards.
Assess and evaluate students' academic performance through coursework, online discussions, and examinations.
Maintain academic records and provide constructive feedback to students.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Academic Qualifications: An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited university; OR a Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited university (under special cases) with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level, alongside active and good standing registration for a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
Digital Literacy: Highly computer literate with a proven ability to handle digital content and utilize online educational tools.
E-Learning Support: Demonstrated ability to support and instruct students remotely in an online learning environment.
