Job Description
The Open University of Kenya is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Part-time Lecturers - Policy Implementation and Evaluation. The university aims to address the pressing issue of limited capacity in traditional universities by employing innovative teaching and learning methodologies, including online and distance education.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
For appointment, one MUST have:
An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University; OR A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years teaching experience at university level and registered in good standing for PhD in the relevant field.
Be computer literate with ability to handle digital content and ability to support students online.
An updated CV (to include full academic details, professional qualifications, and experience, membership with professional bodies, names and addresses of three referees), copies of your ID/Passport, academic certificates, and testimonials.
