The Open University of Kenya is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to join as Part-time Lecturers in Performance Management. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering virtual instructions, managing digital coursework, and supporting students in an online learning environment.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
For appointment, candidates MUST meet the following criteria:
An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level and registered in good standing for a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
Be computer literate with the ability to handle digital content (for all posts) and ability to support students online (for part-time lecturers).
