This role is for a Part-Time Lecturer specializing in the Global Business Environment at The Open University of Kenya (OUK). Required Qualifications and Competencies
For appointment to this grade, candidates MUST meet the following criteria:
Education & Experience:
An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) coupled with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level, and must be registered in good standing for a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
Digital Skills: Be computer literate with the ability to handle digital content (mandatory for all posts).
Online Support: Demonstrated ability to support students online (specific requirement for part-time lecturers).
