Required Qualifications and Competencies
For appointment, one MUST have:
Academic Qualifications: An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University; OR A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years teaching experience at university level and registered in good standing for PhD in the relevant field.
Digital Literacy: Be computer literate with the ability to handle digital content and the ability to support students online.
