Job Description
The Open University of Kenya aims to address the pressing issue of limited capacity in traditional universities by employing innovative teaching and learning methodologies, including online and distance education. By leveraging technology and flexible learning modes, the university seeks to accommodate a larger number of qualified students. We are seeking qualified and experienced Part-time Lecturers in Corporate Governance and Leadership to deliver quality education and support students in a digital environment.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level and registered in good standing for a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or academic experience.
Must be computer literate with the ability to handle digital content.
Proven ability to support students online in a distance learning setup.
