The institution is currently seeking qualified individuals to serve as Part-Time Lecturers in the field of Strategic Management.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures in Strategic Management to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
Develop and update course materials and lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
Conduct student assessments, including setting and marking examinations and assignments.
Engage in academic research and contribute to the institution's research profile.
Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum reviews.
Requirements for Appointment
Academic Qualifications:
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Strategic Management or a relevant field from a recognized University; OR
A Master’s degree in Strategic Management or a relevant field with at least two (2) years of University teaching or Industry experience.
Professional Requirements:
Evidence of teaching experience at the University level and/or relevant industry experience.
Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be an added advantage (specifically for postgraduate teaching).
Candidates must provide letters of appointment as a lecturer and other supporting documents to verify teaching experience.
