Successful applicants will be expected to support Bomet University College's core mandate of teaching, training, and mentorship of students in the field of Strategic Management.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures and instruction in Strategic Management.
Train and mentor students to support their academic and professional development.
Conduct evaluations, grading, and assessments of student performance.
Engage in academic research and contribute to scholarly publications.
Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for appointment to the Bomet University Service, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Possess a minimum of a PhD degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
Have at least two (2) years of teaching experience at university level. This must be evidenced by documentation such as letters of appointment or contracts from previous university engagements.
Evidence of having published in credible refereed journals.
Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide recognition and verification certificates from the Commission for University Education (CUE) / National Qualification Authority (NQA).

Interested candidates must submit two (2) hard copies of their application, comprising the following:
A formal application letter specifying the applicant's area of specialization, academic qualifications, work experience, and current place of employment.
A detailed Curriculum Vitae clearly outlining personal details, academic and professional background, teaching experience, and any other relevant information.
Certified copies of:
Academic, professional certificates and Transcripts.
Letters of appointment showing evidence of university-level teaching experience.
National ID or passport.
Testimonials and other supporting documents.
A certificate of recognition for foreign degrees (where applicable).
