The Lead Personnel, Global Partnerships & Linkages at Cascade Institute of Hospitality is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening strategic international partnerships and institutional collaborations. These efforts enhance global exposure, academic cooperation, student mobility, internships, exchange opportunities, and international visibility for the Institution. The role focuses on building sustainable relationships with international hospitality institutions, organizations, industry partners, and development agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic international partnerships and institutional collaborations with hospitality institutions, training organizations, and industry partners.
Coordinate international visits, partnership engagements, and collaborative activities with global stakeholders.
Coordinate international internships, exchange programs, student mobility opportunities, and global employment pathways for students and graduates.
Identify and facilitate global partnership opportunities that support institutional growth, internationalization, and collaborative programs.
Serve as the liaison between the Institution and international partners, organizations, and agencies to strengthen global engagement.
Support the development, implementation, and management of international collaboration agreements, MOUs, and partnership frameworks.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports on international partnerships, student exchanges, internships, and employment opportunities.
Monitor, evaluate, and promote the effectiveness and visibility of the Institution's international partnerships and global collaborations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, International Relations, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in partnerships management, internships coordination, career services, hospitality industry relations, or international programs.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and international placement processes is an added advantage.
