Successful applicants will be expected to support Bomet University College's core mandate of teaching, training, and mentorship of students in the field of Public Health.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver part-time lectures and conduct practical training in Public Health.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
Set, administer, and grade examinations and continuous assessment tests.
Participate in curriculum delivery and ensure high academic standards are maintained.
Requirements for Appointment
Possess a minimum of a PhD degree in Public Health or a relevant field from a recognized university.
Have at least two (2) years of teaching experience at the university level. This must be evidenced by documentation such as letters of appointment or contracts from previous university engagements.
Evidence of having published in credible refereed journals.
Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide recognition and verification certificates from the Commission for University Education (CUE) or National Qualification Authority (NQA).
