Bomet University College is seeking to recruit Part-Time Lecturers to support the University's core mandate of teaching, training, and mentorship of students in the field of Plant Pathology.

Deliver high-quality lectures and training in Plant Pathology.
Prepare course materials, conduct practical sessions, and evaluate student performance.
Advise and mentor students on academic and career pathways.
Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for appointment, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Possess a minimum of a PhD degree in the relevant field (Plant Pathology or related field) from a recognized university.
Have at least two (2) years of teaching experience at the university level. This must be evidenced by documentation such as letters of appointment or contracts from previous university engagements.
Evidence of having published in credible refereed journals.
Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide recognition and verification certificates from the Commission for University Education (CUE) or the National Qualification Authority (NQA).

A detailed Curriculum Vitae clearly outlining personal details, academic and professional background, teaching experience, and any other relevant information.

Letters of appointment showing evidence of university-level teaching experience.
National ID or passport.
Testimonials and other supporting documents.
A certificate of recognition for foreign degrees (where applicable).
