Bomet University College is looking for qualified individuals to serve as Part-Time Lecturers in Philosophy. Successful applicants will be expected to support the University's core mandate of teaching, training, and mentorship of students.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures and training sessions in the area of Philosophy.
Support and mentor students through their academic journey.
Engage in academic and administrative duties as assigned by the university management.
Requirements for Appointment
Possess a minimum of a PhD degree in the relevant field of Philosophy from a recognized university.
Have at least two (2) years of teaching experience at the university level, evidenced by letters of appointment or contracts from previous university engagements.
Show evidence of having published in credible refereed journals.
Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide recognition and verification certificates from the Commission for University Education (CUE)/National Qualification Authority (NQA).
