The college is currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the position of Part-Time Lecturer in Peri-operative Nursing to support its nursing department and academic mission.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Deliver lectures and practical instructions in Peri-operative Nursing to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.\n- Develop course outlines, teaching materials, and clinical assessment tools.\n- Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and clinical evaluations.\n- Participate in curriculum review to ensure alignment with industry standards.\n- Provide mentorship and guidance to students in clinical and academic settings.\n- Engage in research and publication activities, particularly when teaching at the postgraduate level.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Peri-operative Nursing or a relevant field from a recognized University; OR\n- A Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least two (2) years of University teaching or industry experience.\n- Demonstrated evidence of teaching experience at the University level and/or relevant industry experience.\n- Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya or relevant professional bodies where applicable.\n- Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals is an added advantage (mandatory for postgraduate teaching).\n- Strong communication, organizational, and pedagogical skills.\n\n### How to Apply\nCandidates may submit manual (hard copy) or electronic (online) applications.\n\n\n1.
