The college is currently looking for qualified individuals to serve as Part-Time Lecturers in the field of Peri-operative Nursing.
Requirements for Appointment
Qualifications:
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the relevant field from a recognized University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least two (2) years of University teaching or industry experience.
Professional Requirements:
Evidence of teaching experience at the University level and/or relevant industry experience.
Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Nursing Council of Kenya) where applicable.
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be an added advantage, particularly for postgraduate teaching assignments.
Responsibilities
Delivering lectures to students in the Peri-operative Nursing specialization.
Evaluating student performance through assessments and examinations.
Contributing to the development of course materials and curriculum enhancement.
Supervising student research and clinical work as required.
Adhering to the academic and ethical standards of the University College.
