Bomet University College is seeking qualified individuals to support the University's core mandate of teaching, training, and mentorship of students as a Part-Time Lecturer in Organic Chemistry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the University's core mandate of teaching, training, and mentorship of students.
Develop and deliver course materials in Organic Chemistry.
Supervise, guide, and assess students' academic work.
Collaborate with other departmental staff to maintain high academic standards.
Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for appointment, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Possess a minimum of a PhD degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
Have at least two (2) years of teaching experience at the university level (evidenced by letters of appointment or contracts).
Show evidence of having published in credible refereed journals.
Provide recognition and verification certificates from the Commission for University Education (CUE) or the National Qualification Authority (NQA) if academic qualifications are from foreign institutions.
