MNUC is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Part-Time Lecturer in Nursing Leadership & Management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate learning in the field of Nursing Leadership & Management.
Conduct student assessments, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in curriculum development and review to ensure programmes remain market-driven.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
Engage in research activities and contribute to scholarly publications where applicable.
Ensure compliance with academic standards and institutional policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the relevant field from a recognized University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least two (2) years University teaching / Industry experience.
Evidence of teaching experience at University level and/or relevant industry experience.
Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be an added advantage (especially for postgraduate teaching).
