Mama Ngina University College (MNUC) is a Student-Centered institution dedicated to producing innovative, scientifically grounded, ethical, and holistic graduates. We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Part-Time Lecturer in the field of Nursing Education. This role involves delivering academic instruction at the university level, contributing to the professional growth of students, and ensuring high standards of educational excellence within the Nursing department.
Requirements for Appointment
Qualifications:
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the relevant field (Nursing Education/Nursing) from a recognized University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least two (2) years of University teaching or relevant Industry experience.
Professional Requirements:
Demonstrable evidence of teaching experience at the University level and/or relevant industry experience.
Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable (e.g., Nursing Council of Kenya).
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be considered an added advantage, particularly for candidates seeking to teach at the postgraduate level.
Candidates must provide evidence of prior University teaching experience through letters of appointment.
