Successful applicants will be expected to support Bomet University College's core mandate of teaching, training, and mentorship of students within the field of Marketing on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver high-quality lectures and instruction to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students in Marketing.
Conduct student assessments, grading of assignments, and examinations.
Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students.
Support and advance the university's academic standards and educational mission.
Requirements for Appointment
Possess a minimum of a PhD degree in the relevant field (Marketing) from a recognized university.
Have at least two (2) years of teaching experience at the university level. This must be evidenced by documentation such as letters of appointment or contracts from previous university engagements.
Show evidence of having published in credible refereed journals.
Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide recognition and verification certificates from the Commission for University Education (CUE) or the National Qualification Authority (NQA).
