Responsibilities
Deliver lectures and course content in Industrial Chemistry to university students.
Provide guidance and academic mentorship to students.
Prepare, administer, and grade student examinations, assignments, and practical coursework.
Contribute to the development of the department through academic excellence and professional standards.
Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for appointment to the Bomet University Service, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Possess a minimum of a PhD degree in Industrial Chemistry or a relevant field from a recognized university.
Have at least two (2) years of teaching experience at the university level. This must be evidenced by documentation such as letters of appointment or contracts from previous university engagements.
Show clear evidence of having published in credible refereed journals.
For applicants with foreign academic qualifications, provide recognition and verification certificates from the Commission for University Education (CUE) or the National Qualification Authority (NQA).

All interested candidates must submit two (2) hard copies of their application, comprising the following:
A formal application letter specifying the applicant's area of specialization, academic qualifications, work experience, and current place of employment.
A detailed Curriculum Vitae clearly outlining personal details, academic and professional background, teaching experience, and any other relevant information.
Certified copies of academic and professional certificates, transcripts, letters of appointment showing evidence of university-level teaching experience, National ID or passport, testimonials, and a certificate of recognition for foreign degrees (where applicable).
