We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Part-Time Lecturer in Human Pathology.
Qualifications for Appointment
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Pathology or a relevant field from a recognized University; OR
A Master’s degree in Human Pathology or a relevant field with at least two (2) years of University teaching or industry experience.
Professional Requirements
Demonstrated evidence of teaching experience at the University level and/or relevant industry experience.
Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be considered an added advantage, particularly for candidates involved in postgraduate teaching.
Required Skills and Competencies
Expertise in Human Pathology and medical instruction.
Strong communication and pedagogical skills for higher education environments.
Ability to mentor students and supervise academic research.
Commitment to maintaining high academic and ethical standards.
