We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Lecturer for the Health Systems Management department.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures to students in Health Systems Management.
Develop and update course materials to reflect industry trends and academic standards.
Conduct student assessments, including exams and assignments, and provide timely feedback.
Engage in research and publish findings in refereed journals (essential for postgraduate teaching).
Mentor students and provide guidance on academic and career development.
Support the department in curriculum delivery and ensuring quality standards.
Requirements
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the relevant field from a recognized University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least two (2) years of University teaching or industry experience.
Evidence of teaching experience at the University level and/or relevant industry experience.
Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be an added advantage (especially for postgraduate teaching).
Valid identification (ID/Passport) and academic certificates.
