Role Overview

The Part-Time Lecturer for Health Records & Information Management will be responsible for delivering academic instruction and contributing to the academic development of students in this specialized field.
Responsibilities
Delivering lectures and tutorials in Health Records & Information Management.
Preparing course materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids.
Assessing student performance through examinations, assignments, and practicals.
Mentoring students in their academic and professional development.
Participating in research and publications where applicable.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the relevant field from a recognized University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least two (2) years University teaching / Industry experience.
Professional Requirements
Evidence of teaching experience at University level and/or relevant industry experience.
Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be an added advantage (for postgraduate teaching).
