Part-Time Lecturer - Health Informatics

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures and instruction to students in the Health Informatics field.
• Conduct assessments, including marking assignments and examinations.
• Participate in the development and review of curriculum modules.
• Mentor and supervise students in their academic pursuits.
• Engage in research and publications where applicable, especially for postgraduate levels.

Requirements

• PhD Option: A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Health Informatics or a relevant field from a recognized University.
• Master's Option: A Master’s degree in Health Informatics or a relevant field with at least two (2) years of University teaching or Industry experience.
• Teaching Experience: Demonstrated evidence of teaching experience at the University level and/or relevant industry experience.
• Professionalism: Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
• Research: Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be an added advantage, particularly for postgraduate teaching.
