Successful applicants will be expected to support Bomet University College's core mandate of teaching, training, and mentorship of students within the area of Agricultural Economics.

Deliver high-quality lectures and training sessions to students in Agricultural Economics.
Support the university's core academic mandate through effective student mentorship.
Prepare course materials, assignments, and examinations.
Grade and evaluate student performance in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for appointment to the Bomet University Service, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Possess a minimum of a PhD degree in Agricultural Economics or a closely related field from a recognized university.
Have at least two (2) years of teaching experience at the university level. This must be evidenced by documentation such as letters of appointment or contracts from previous university engagements.
Evidence of having published in credible refereed journals.
Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide recognition and verification certificates from the Commission for University Education (CUE)/National Qualification Authority (NQA).

A detailed Curriculum Vitae clearly outlining personal details, academic and professional background, teaching experience, and any other relevant information.

Academic, professional certificates and Transcripts.
Letters of appointment showing evidence of university-level teaching experience.
National ID or passport.
Testimonials and other supporting documents.
A certificate of recognition for foreign degrees (where applicable).
