Responsibilities
Deliver academic instruction in Hospitality Management courses.
Facilitate learning through modern teaching methods and research-based insights.
Assess student performance through examinations and coursework.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students.
Maintain academic standards and contribute to a holistic learning environment.
Requirements for Appointment
Academic Qualifications:
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the relevant field from a recognized University;
OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least two (2) years University teaching or industry experience.
Professional Requirements:
Evidence of teaching experience at University level and/or relevant industry experience.
Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be an added advantage (especially for postgraduate teaching).
