The college is currently seeking qualified part-time lecturers for the Data Science programme. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and contributing to the academic development of students in the field of Data Science.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in Data Science.
Develop and implement market-driven curricula.
Assess student performance through coursework and examinations.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
Engage in research and potentially publish in refereed journals.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Data Science or a relevant field from a recognized University; OR
A Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least two (2) years of University teaching or Industry experience.
Evidence of teaching experience at the University level and/or relevant industry experience is mandatory.
Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
Evidence of research and publications in refereed journals will be an added advantage (especially for postgraduate teaching).
