Simba Corporation is seeking a Part Sales Advisor to join our team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving parts sales through retail and workshop counters. This role requires strong automotive expertise, proficiency in digital tools, and the ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Drive parts sales through retail and workshop counters.
Identify customer parts needs and recommend matching compatible automotive parts.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize value and meet sales targets.
Utilize ERP and EPC systems to process orders and identify parts accurately.
Maintain high integrity, adaptability, and self-drive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive, or any other related course from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in the Auto Parts business.
Automotive Expertise: Strong knowledge of automotive parts, applications, and compatibility.
Proficiency in ERP & Digital Tools: ERP & EPC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close deals effectively.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Must be self-driven, adaptable, and a person of integrity.
