Role Overview
As a Painter in the Wheels and Brakes Shop, you will be responsible for applying technical coatings to critical aircraft components. Your work ensures that aircraft wheels and brake assemblies are protected from the elements and meet stringent aviation aesthetic and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Executing specialized painting and finishing tasks for aircraft wheels and brakes.
Ensuring all surfaces are properly prepared, cleaned, and primed before coating application.
Maintaining high quality and precision to achieve flawless finishes.
Adhering to aviation maintenance safety protocols and technical specifications.
Collaborating with the broader maintenance team to ensure efficient turnaround of components.
Requirements
Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant technical or vocational field.
