Outsourced Services Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of outsourced Accounting, Payroll, and Fund Management services.
• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Review financial reports, payroll outputs, tax and statutory filings, and fund reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide clients with financial insights, advisory support, and business guidance.
• Drive business development through client expansion, referrals, and new opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure efficient processes, system utilization, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA(K), ACCA or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
• 6-8 years' relevant experience in accounting, payroll, or outsourced services.
• At least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, payroll platforms and tax/ statutory platforms.
