Job Description
As an Orthopaedic & Trauma Officer, you will be responsible for the assessment and management of musculoskeletal injuries and trauma-related conditions. This clinical role involves diagnosing injuries and providing essential technical orthopedic interventions to ensure patients receive proper care and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnosis and Management: Accurately diagnose and manage various fractures, dislocations, and musculoskeletal injuries.
Trauma Care: Provide immediate emergency stabilization and trauma care for acute cases.
Orthopedic Procedures: Perform essential procedures including casting, splinting, and other minor orthopedic interventions.
Referral Management: Coordinate and manage referrals for patients requiring specialized orthopedic or surgical care.
Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Orthopedic and Trauma Technology from a recognized institution.
Current registration with the relevant professional body.
