Role Overview
Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is seeking a Community Oral Health Officer (COHO) to provide essential preventive and basic dental services. The role aims to promote oral health through clinical care and educational outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Conduct thorough oral examinations and perform minor dental procedures.
Health Education: Deliver preventive oral health education to patients and the community to improve hygiene practices.
Clinic Management: Ensure strict adherence to clinic hygiene standards and sterilization protocols.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date dental records for all patients.
Requirements
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Community Oral Health from a recognized institution.
Certification: Must possess a valid practicing license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
