Role Overview
The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) is seeking to recruit three (3) Office Assistants II. This role is responsible for providing general routine office services to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the authority. This includes maintaining cleanliness, providing messengerial support, and managing catering services for staff.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Office Maintenance: Opening and closing the office daily, and moving office furniture or arranging office space for staff.
Document Services: Photocopying, scanning, and binding documents as required.
Catering: Preparing and serving tea, as well as utilizing and managing kitchen and basic office consumables.
Logistics: Organizing office errands and preparing boardrooms for meetings.
Reporting: Assessing and reporting on areas requiring general maintenance and repair.
Data Management: Collecting and collating data for updating records and supporting the development of reports as appropriate.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of D (Plain) or its equivalent qualification.
Must be proficient in Computer applications.
