Role Overview\nNational Quality Control Laboratory (NQCL) is a State Corporation within the Ministry of Health for Quality Control of Medicines on behalf of Government. An officer at this level will work under the guidance and supervision of a senior officer within the CEO's Office.\n\nAdvert No: NQCL NO.3/2026 \nTerms of Service: Contract (1 Year) \nPosition Level: NQCL 10\n\n### Duties and Responsibilities\n- Attending to general routine office services.\n- Performing messengerial duties.\n- Performing cleaning services.\n- Collecting and disposing of general waste.\n- Ensuring tidiness of the working environment.\n- Providing specifications for cleaning materials and equipment.\n- Dusting offices and ensuring habitable office conditions.\n- Keeping safe custody of cleaning materials and equipment.\n- Preparing and serving refreshments.\n- Moving or carrying office equipment and furniture and ensuring orderly arrangement.\n- Dispatching letters, files and other documents.\n\n### Person Specifications\n- Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ work experience, three (3) years of which should have been at the grade of Office Assistant II or in a comparable position.\n- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education Mean Grade D (plain) or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.\n- Proficiency in computer applications.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested applicants must adhere to the application instructions provided.
