Woodcreek School is a British IGCSE system institution, situated on an 11-acre campus along Kamiti road adjacent to Tatu City, in Kiambu county. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Music Teacher to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality education.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality music instruction based on the British National Curriculum.
Foster a positive learning environment and build strong relationships with students.
Manage student progress and maintain high standards of academic achievement.
Play a full part in the school’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programs, including organizing musical events and clubs.
Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the school's music department.
Ensure student safety and follow all child safeguarding protocols.
Qualities We Look For
Qualified teachers with a minimum of five years teaching experience in the British National Curriculum.
Must be currently teaching in a Cambridge Curriculum International School.
Digitally literate, life-long learners who enjoy building positive relationships with students.
Passionate about child safeguarding.
Committed team players who are keen to contribute to the development of our futuristic school.
Willingness to participate in school extra-curricular activities.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Teacher Service Commission (TSC) Certification.
At least five years of experience teaching the British National Curriculum.
Experience in a Cambridge Curriculum International School.
