Job Description
Nathan Digital is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end implementation of a multi-entity accounting system for UAE operations. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Business Central, covering design, configuration, integration, and go-live phases.
Role Objective
Own the end-to-end implementation of a multi-entity accounting system. Drive design, configuration, integration, and go-live while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Ownership
Design multi-entity ERP structure including legal entities, consolidation, and intercompany frameworks.
Define the global chart of accounts and manage entity-level variations.
Set up UAE VAT protocols, compliance standards, and reporting.
2. Finance Module Implementation
Configure and implement General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank management modules.
3. Multi-Entity & Intercompany
Automate intercompany invoicing and reconciliation processes.
Oversee consolidation and group reporting.
Manage transfer pricing considerations.
4. Data & Migration
Define the migration strategy from legacy systems.
Perform data validation and post-migration reconciliation.
5. Integrations
Link ERP with HRMS, payroll systems, banking systems, and Reporting/BI tools.
6. Delivery & Governance
Lead the implementation partner and define sprint plans, backlogs, and project milestones.
Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live procedures, and post-launch stabilization.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Experience: 5–10+ years of ERP experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations on Dynamics.
Domain Knowledge: Strong finance domain expertise, specifically in multi-entity accounting.
Compliance: Prior exposure to UAE VAT and GCC compliance standards.
