Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop annual group marketing strategy aligned to business targets.
Create brand positioning for each company within the group.
Define target customer segments and value propositions.
Develop campaign calendars for all brands.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
Revenue & Lead Generation
Build structured lead generation funnels.
Support sales teams with marketing materials and pitch decks.
Design B2B acquisition campaigns.
Track and optimize cost per lead.
Support tender visibility and market intelligence.
Brand Management
Standardize brand identity across all companies.
Ensure consistent messaging and visual alignment.
Manage website, social media, PR, and digital presence.
Develop thought leadership positioning for the leadership team.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Google.
Oversee content creation including case studies, brochures, and newsletters.
Improve website traffic and conversion rates.
Implement CRM and lead tracking systems.
Market Intelligence
Perform competitor analysis.
Track industry trends and analyze customer feedback.
Recommend new product or service positioning.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage designers, agencies, and content creators as needed.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
