Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate brand ambassadors and promoters, assist with event logistics and setup, prepare activation materials/samples, and compile post-event reports and feedback.
• Assist with product launches, coordinate promotional sample distribution, track retailer promotional activities, and handle marketing support requests.
• Maintain stock registers for POSM, merchandise, and uniforms; coordinate storage/distribution; and perform periodic stock counts and replenishment.
• Gather data on competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends, and assist with consumer surveys and focus group activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and expense logs; manage purchase requisitions and supplier documents; and organize departmental records.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in marketing, administrative, or customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
