Job Description
This Marketer role is responsible for implementing strategic marketing plans, driving lead generation, achieving sales conversion goals, and executing both traditional and digital campaigns to ensure targeted enrollment for the organization's college brand, Jobplus. The role requires collaboration with the Marketing Officer and maintaining strong media relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing plans in liaison with the Marketing Officer.
Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
Generate live leads and make follow-ups to convert them into business.
Advise on the creation of advertisement and marketing materials to promote the college.
Participate in the evaluation of marketing activities to measure effectiveness.
Implement Go-To market campaigns to reach the target market in a timely manner and ensure targeted enrollment.
Prepare monthly marketing reports on all implemented activities and develop a continuous improvement strategy.
Participate in the preparation of marketing budgets.
Implement plans aimed at strengthening relationships with media organizations to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the Jobplus brand.
Plan and execute marketing activities using digital platforms such as websites, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google ad, and provide social media performance monitoring reports to enhance future planning.
Requirements & Competencies
Degree/Diploma in Marketing.
One (1) year’s experience in a similar role.
Possess thorough networks in the media fraternity.
Demonstrated ability to meet stretched targets.
