
Privatization Commission
The Managing Director is the Chief Executive Officer and Accounting Officer of the Privatization Authority (formerly Privatization Commission), a corporate body established under the Privatization Act (2005). This role is responsible for the overall strategic direction, day-to-day management of the Authority's affairs, and the implementation of the national Privatization Programme.
