Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality art instruction to lower elementary students within a multicultural setting.
Integrate educational technology, including the Google Suite, effectively into classroom instruction.
Implement pedagogical approaches aligned with ISK’s aims, including Understanding by Design (UbD), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and conceptual inquiry.
Adopt a student-centered and strengths-based approach to teaching.
Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate interdisciplinary learning and integration.
Minimum of 4 years of professional Art teaching experience.
Master’s degree in the relevant subject area or a related field (preferred).
Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in intercultural learning and cultural proficiency.
