Logistics Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations.
• Plan transportation schedules.
• Manage dispatch and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory movement.
• Coordinate warehouse activities.
• Liaise with transport providers.
• Ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Monitor fleet utilization.
• Track delivery performance.
• Prepare logistics reports.
• Maintain logistics documentation.
• Optimize transport costs.
• Resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
• Support sales order fulfillment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Logistics qualification preferred.
• Three years of experience in FMCG logistics.
• Strong inventory management skills and route planning knowledge.
• ERP systems knowledge and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
