We are looking for a proven leader in financial services with a track record of driving performance and building winning teams. This role involves leading regional growth, generating high-quality leads, and mentoring a thriving sales unit to ensure the delivery of exceptional credit services.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Supervise and inspire a team of at least 10 active marketers or sales representatives.
Growth Targets: Achieve monthly acquisition targets and grow a strong, sustainable loan portfolio.
Field Activation: Conduct field activations and strategic client outreach initiatives to generate leads.
Operational Standards: Monitor documentation workflows, ensure compliance, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Leadership: Cultivate branch-level leadership and uphold Mwananchi’s service excellence standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in logbook loans, asset-based financing, or microcredit services.
Team Management: Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and manage high-output sales teams.
Performance Track Record: A consistent record of portfolio growth, lead conversion, and retention.
Key Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and performance reporting skills.
