Job Description
We are looking for a self-driven, target-oriented Loan Officer based in Ruaka to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and managing our loan portfolio, identifying potential customers, and ensuring excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate quality leads for working capital loans.
Evaluate credit applications and assess candidates' creditworthiness.
Grow and manage a healthy loan portfolio while mitigating default risks.
Provide outstanding customer support and maintain close relationships with clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to grow and manage a loan portfolio effectively.
