Job Description
Kenyatta University is seeking a Lecturer in Special Needs Education specializing in Physical and Other Health Impairments. Qualifications and Experience
Academic Credentials: Applicants must possess a PhD in Special Needs Education, a Master’s Degree in Special Needs Education, and a Bachelor of Education in Special Needs Education, all specialized in Physical and Other Health Impairments.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience at a university or an equivalent institution of higher learning.
Research and Publication: Candidates should have a proven research track record with at least two (2) articles published in peer-reviewed journals.
Terms of Service
A competitive remuneration package will be provided, including a basic salary, house allowance, and medical cover according to the University Scheme.
Note: Tutorial Fellows (if applicable at entry-level tracks) are employed on a one-year renewable contract for up to a maximum of three years.
