Lecturer - Computer Networks & Communications

Duties and Responsibilities

• Teaching: Deliver lectures and course content to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives.
• Course Material Preparation: Design and prepare learning resources to support effective course delivery and goal achievement.
• Evaluation & Assessment: Set, moderate, invigilate, and grade student examinations and coursework. Evaluate teaching delivery models and suggest improvements.
• Curriculum Development: Interpret curriculum, conduct needs assessments, and identify key content gaps to prepare competent graduates.

Job Requirements

• Hold a PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized academic institution (Master's holders registered for a PhD may be considered).
• Minimum of two (2) years of university teaching experience.
• Previously served as a Lecturer or possess equivalent industry experience in a recognized institution.
• Demonstration of potential for university teaching and research.
• Valid registration with a relevant professional body in the field of specialization.
